The next step in building back up to the Bells Traverse was to hike Humboldt Peak from South Colony Lakes. This was Jax's 4th 14er, and Beula's 18th! The scenery was lovely, and we got to experience Mother Nature's fury, with a massive thunderstorm. Fortunately, we were safely back at our camp site when the hail started. Loads of wild flowers and wildlife!
